Gin and Tonic

- 2 oz gin
- 4-5 oz tonic water
- Garnish: lime wedge
Directions
- In a highball glass filled with ice cubes, pour the gin, then top with tonic.
- Gently stir so as to combine, but not so much so that you lose carbonation.
- Garnish with a lime wedge.
