Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients

  • 10 lbs ground beef
  • 4 onions
  • Steak seasoning
  • 2 cans italian diced tomatoes (796mL)
  • 2-3 cans tomato juice (540mL)
  • 9-10 cans tomato soup (284mL)
  • 4 cans tomato paste (156mL)
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 pack of mushrooms
  • 6-7 celery stalk (2 cups) and leaves
  • 1 pack of grated carrots
  • 5-6 bay leaves
  • 2 tsp garlic
  • 2 tbsp parsley
  • 1 tbsp oregano
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp red pepper
  • 2 tbsp italian spice

Directions

  • Roast the ground beef with onions and steak seasoning
  • Lightly cook veggies
  • Throw everything in the pot
  • Cook for about 1.5 to 2hrs at medium-low or low heat
  • Stir often

Makes 5 to 6 lasagnas and 4 to 5 sauce jars.
