Spaghetti Sauce

- 10 lbs ground beef
- 4 onions
- Steak seasoning
- 2 cans italian diced tomatoes (796mL)
- 2-3 cans tomato juice (540mL)
- 9-10 cans tomato soup (284mL)
- 4 cans tomato paste (156mL)
- 1 red pepper
- 1 green pepper
- 1 pack of mushrooms
- 6-7 celery stalk (2 cups) and leaves
- 1 pack of grated carrots
- 5-6 bay leaves
- 2 tsp garlic
- 2 tbsp parsley
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 1 tsp thyme
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp red pepper
- 2 tbsp italian spice
Directions
- Roast the ground beef with onions and steak seasoning
- Lightly cook veggies
- Throw everything in the pot
- Cook for about 1.5 to 2hrs at medium-low or low heat
- Stir often
Makes 5 to 6 lasagnas and 4 to 5 sauce jars.
