Coleslaw

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1/2 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • ½ teaspoon celery seeds
  • salt & pepper (to taste)
  • 3 cups green cabbage
  • 2 cups purple cabbage
  • 1 cup carrot

Directions

  • Finely shred cabbage using a mandoline, a food processor, or make thin slices with a knife.
  • Grate carrots on the larger side of a box grater.
  • Combine all dressing ingredients in a bowl.
  • Toss with cabbage & carrots. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to blend.
