Tiramisu Chia Pudding

- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt (or thick dairy free yogurt)
- 1/2 cup brewed coffee
- 1.5-2 tbsp maple syrup (or liquid sweetener)
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1 shake cinnamon (or as much as you like)
- cocoa powder (for topping when ready to serve)
Directions
- Add all ingredients except cocoa powder to a small jar.
- Place the lid on and shake until everything is well combined.
- Set in the fridge overnight.
- When ready to serve, top with a sprinkle of cocoa powder, and enjoy!
