Tiramisu Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt (or thick dairy free yogurt)
  • 1/2 cup brewed coffee
  • 1.5-2 tbsp maple syrup (or liquid sweetener)
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1 shake cinnamon (or as much as you like)
  • cocoa powder (for topping when ready to serve)

Directions

  • Add all ingredients except cocoa powder to a small jar.
  • Place the lid on and shake until everything is well combined.
  • Set in the fridge overnight.
  • When ready to serve, top with a sprinkle of cocoa powder, and enjoy!
